How do I book?
To book your party entertainment, simply find the BOOK button on any of our Play Haus KC play set pages and submit an inquiry. We'll respond to your request within 72 hours. If you do not receive a response from us, please check your spam folder. Once we confirm the availability of your requested date, we will need a 50% deposit along with a signed rental agreement to secure your event equipment rental.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price for our event equipment rental includes a 5-hour equipment rental period, along with delivery, set up and take down, and cleaning, ensuring your party entertainment runs smoothly with Play Haus KC.
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery is free for the first 15 miles from our storage facility in Martin City for event equipment rental. Deliveries beyond 15 miles will incur an additional $4/mile charge. For those inquiring about party entertainment outside our typical delivery zone, there will be an extra fee, which will be disclosed prior to the acceptance of the reservation with Play Haus KC.
Where can you set up?
In your home, backyard, event space, parks, community centers, churches, or anywhere that allows us to set up, we offer party entertainment and event equipment rental services. Please be aware that for outdoor setups of play sets and ball pits, there will be an outdoor surcharge. Renters must ensure that there is a CLEAN, CLEAR, and FLAT area for the equipment set up. Additionally, there should be a clear and open path from our delivery vehicle to the setup area. PLAY HAUS KC reserves the right to refuse to set up if these conditions are not met.
What is your weather policy?
If the forecast predicts a chance of rain above 20% or winds exceeding 15 mph, the Renter is responsible for securing an alternate indoor location for event equipment rental setup. If the Renter is unable to arrange this, the reservation will be cancelled and can be re-booked within 365 days of the original event date, ensuring that your party entertainment experience with Play Haus KC remains enjoyable.
When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking for your event equipment rental through Play Haus KC. Full payment is due one (1) week prior to the event date, ensuring everything is set for your party entertainment.
